TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions
Buyer: the individual or organization that purchases or agrees to purchase the Products from the Seller.
Agreement: the agreement between the Seller and Buyer for the purchase and sale of Products as stated in the General Terms and Conditions.
Product: the item that the Buyer purchases from the Seller.

General Terms and Conditions: the general terms and conditions associated with the sale as stated in this agreement.
General
By placing an order you indicate that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. The seller reserves the right to change its General Terms and Conditions in the interim, but the general terms and conditions at the time of the order are binding.
Cancellation of your order
Any order can be canceled within 24 hours after you have placed the order without penalty and without giving reasons, if not yet shipped. We request that you create and send an e-mail to store@45ACIDBABIES.com , including order number. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by email. Once your cancellation request has been confirmed by us, you may consider it received.
If you have already paid the canceled order, the Seller will refund the amount paid within fourteen (14) days at the latest. If the order is canceled later than 24 hours after placing the order, the Seller is entitled to charge € 2.50 in administration costs.
Shipment
Products are packaged in protective, recyclable cardboard sleeves by Seller. Shipments will be carried by PostNL, provided that another carrier is more convenient due to circumstances. In that case, the customer will be informed in good time which Carrier will transport the Product.
Delivery
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Seller aims to ship orders within one (1) week after receipt of payment. However, the Seller is not obliged to do so.
Within the Netherlands, the order is usually received by the customer within one (1) working day. The delivery time abroad can differ from one (1) to 20 working days. For more information, please refer to the PostNL delivery time page.
The latest delivery period is 30 days after placing the order, with the exception of orders where the customer has indicated that he wishes to receive them later. If it is not possible to deliver an order within 30 days, the customer will be informed about this in good time and he has the right to cancel his order free of charge.
Seller delivers worldwide.
Prices
The prices stated for the Products are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the stated prices. Before concluding the agreement, the total price including shipping costs will be reported via the Website. These shipping costs are based on the number of Products you order and the dimensions and weight of these Products. All Products are shipped via PostNL.
Payment
Payment of your order can be made in one of the following ways:
iDEAL & Credit card
You pay in your trusted payment environment and you are automatically redirected to the internet banking page of your own bank. You can then immediately transfer the amount of the order.
PayPal Account
You can make a payment with your PayPal account.
There is no right to a refund if the Product has been used and/or damaged or if the order has been opened and/or not returned in its original packaging.
Retention of title
The ownership of the delivered Products only transfers if the Buyer has paid all that the Buyer owes to the Seller on the basis of the agreement(s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.
Liability During Shipping
Seller is not liable for loss or damage to the goods during shipment. In the unlikely event of a problem, we would like to hear about it and we will submit a complaint to PostNL, our carrier.
Data management
If you place an order with the Seller, your details will be included in the Seller’s customer database. The seller adheres to the Personal Records Act and will not provide your information to third parties. See also our Privacy Policy. The seller respects the privacy of the users of the internet site and ensures that your personal data is treated confidentially.
Guarantee
The Seller guarantees that the products delivered by it meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the Agreement.
Agreement
The seller reserves the right not to accept orders or assignments without stating reasons.
Images and specifications
All images, photos, drawings, data regarding weights, dimensions, colours, images of labels, etc. on the Website are only approximate, are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or termination of the Agreement. It is not allowed to copy images and/or texts from the Website without our permission.
Returning and exchanging items
We make every effort to inform you about the Products via our Website. Should a Product nevertheless not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned. To do this, please send an email to store@45acidbabies.com stating the order number and the products you wish to exchange/return.
Some conditions apply to returns and/or exchanges:
– The items to be exchanged must be reported as return within 7 working days after receipt at the delivery address via store@45ACIDBABIES.com.
– The items to be exchanged must still be in their original state of shipment, have labels attached and be returned in their original packaging.
The Products that have been reported for return must be returned to us immediately, but no later than 7 working days after receipt of the order at the delivery address. The seller only accepts returns that have been registered in the manner described above and for which the instructions indicated at registration have been followed. Returns that have not been registered or have not been registered within the specified time will not be accepted.
Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after registration and after receipt of the item(s).
Complaints
It is possible that you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from the Seller. Please contact us as soon as possible. We invite you to send an email to store@45acidbabies.com The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint are initially for the account of the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is upheld.
Force of the majority
In the event of force majeure, the Seller has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of a Buyer’s order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying the Buyer of this in writing and without The seller is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Applicable law and competent court
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Conditions apply, as well as these Conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
